He authored the award-winning text Human Resource Planning, coauthored The End of Mandatory Retirement, and founded the Human Resource Planning Society. Linda H. Lewis, Ed.D., Professor at Fielding Graduate University, specializes in human development, management, leadership, learning, and motivation.
