Our subconscious and unconscious too, are not an alien, voodoo kind of area, a taboo never to be spoken about. It is just not in our textbooks in school, college or university.
Not a reason not to explore it of course. Dare to have a look inside you.
It is the normal hiding of something that has worked in the past so we do it again, and again.
Our brain has the capability of storing a habit outside our focal point: as it ran successfully in the past, our mind places it out of our conscious field of awareness as it needs no reviewing by our conscious mind, our thought process, due to the feeling of success in whatever the change needed: covering up, ignoring things, unveiling things, etc.
This gets a bit trickier when this successful habit sticks with us in time and does not get adjusted to the new challenges this new time is providing us with: we use the old tricks to tackle the new challenges.
This may or may not work of course, but having this habit out of our conscious focal plane, we might have this little niggling feeling that something is not going exactly according to plan.
We are sort of aware where it comes from but being out of sight, or conscious sight, we don't really adjust it.
It gets even trickier when this habit was formed ages ago, as a child, in a scary time when getting out of there was the main drive. This habit has sunk way below the surface where you have no clue why you are doing what you are doing but you are doing it because your body gets upset again.
Time to reveal this saboteur in our life, get a torch and let's explore these vaults.
Nothing scary as the reason all these habits were formed, is long gone.
Our repetition is keeping it firmly in place. Time to look at that too.
Enjoy this booklet, enjoy exploring yourself inside, how this works.
You're amazing, without all these old habits, let's reveal that.
