Autorenporträt
Donna Rostad was born in Butte Montana experience the last few years of the Great Depression in 1929. Spending a big part of her childhood with her grandmother in a small town nestled in the foothills of the crazy Mountains in Montana.

Larry, the love of her life had recently returned home after serving in the navy. Struggling during the first early years of their marriage, involved in several businesses, it became Donna's passion, she became very successful, and enjoyed writing children stories in her free time. Blessed with four children with three generations to follow. Spending their later years, they enjoyed living on their ranch in Wyoming. Coping with Larry's illness, memory loss, she felt it was in his best interest to move to Arizona. Donna's family insisted their father be moved to a memory care center. After Larry passed away. Donna moving to Montana felt encouraged her to finish a sequel to the book that was published in 2017, "Pocket Full of Dreams."
