Leonard C. Sebastian is Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Indonesia Programme, Institute for Defence and Strategic Studies, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Professor (Adjunct), Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis, University of Canberra, Australia. Syafiq Hasyim is a Lecturer and Director of Library and Cultural Center at the Indonesian International Islamic University (UIII). Alexander R. Arifianto is a Research Fellow with the Indonesia Programme, Institute for Defence and Strategic Studies, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) - Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
