But our traditional concept of power is the strength of the individual personality and its influence on others, while the new theory of power is based on the roles we play at work, society and personal life. Therefore, if we play our roles to the best of our abilities, we will gain the required power that depends on our relationships with others. We are already on a stage playing our parts, and the show must go on. There are those who will play their role competently and there are those who will be a bad actor. As for the role of spectator, there are new ways to play it.
