My life is not perfect, but at 74, I've learned to enjoy it, by looking for the good out of bad situations. There is life after a divorce. It took a while, but I learned to love again. I share my life's journey because I wanted you to know the things God brought me through. That makes me the person I am today. My first marriage was when I was 14, that was too young. But, at age 22, my husband left me for dead. The way that marriage ended was horrifying! My second marriage was never about the two of us. It was his way or no way. Being single for 22 years, it gave me a chance to get to know who I am, after my divorces. I share those stories with you. So, you'd know why I didn't think, I'd ever want to be in another relationship. Until Mr. Right came along. Then I said, yes to romance at 74.
