Sam was retired and living alone since his wife had passed on. His daughter decided he needed someone to look after him, so she ran a newspaper ad saying that he would rent a bedroom cheaply to a college student for minor household duties and cooking.

A young beautiful woman show up at the door and loved the bedroom. He did not want to rent to her but when he found out that she was a lesbian; he figured that it would be okay. But he got to worrying so asked the opinion of a former friend of his wife. Then his problems took off big time.

Although this novel deals with the subject of sex, there are no explicit sex scenes or profanity. This is a romance novel.
