SAMANTHA SPANIER lived in Australia for thirty years as well as the US, Guam and India. She worked for three different airlines; and in the advertising industry in radio, television, advertising agencies; and as National Advertising Manager for TAA/Australian Airlines. She was editor and publisher of Barry Spanier's successful ocean adventure book, Dear Mom, The Bare Chronicles (2009). At seven weeks old, Rosie was given to Samantha and over the past eleven years together, Samantha found Rosie to be a very intelligent, free spirited Kelpie who does speak her mind, hence the idea for Rosie's book, Rosie's Perspective.
