Hany Besada is Senior Research Fellow with the UN University Institute for Natural Resources in Africa, Executive Director of the Institute for Natural Resources and Sustainable Development, Senior Fellow with the Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History at the University of Toronto and Senior Research and Programme Advisor with the UN Office for South-South Cooperation. Cristina D'Alessandro, PhD, is responsible for statistical cooperation with Sub-Saharan Africa at the French Institut National de la Statistique et des Etudes Economiques (Insee). She is associate professor at Sciences-Po Paris Executive Education (France), a member of the Centre on Governance of the University of Ottawa (Canada). Tefsi Golla is an International Researcher at Arden Strategies. She holds an MSc in Africa and International Development from the University of Edinburgh.
