Kyla Tienhaara is an Assistant Professor and Canada Research Chair in Economy and Environment in the School of Environmental Studies and the Department of Global Development Studies at Queen's University, Kingston. Her research explores the impacts of economic globalization on environmental governance. Her book Green Keynesianism and the Global Financial Crisis (Routledge, 2018) explored the green stimulus measures adopted in five countries in 2008/09. More information on her Green New Deal-related research can be found at http://greennewdealinfo.com Joanna Robinson is Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Interim Director of the Glendon School of Public and International Affairs at Glendon College, York University, Toronto, Canada. Her research focusses on environmental politics, climate change, and social movements in a cross-national comparative perspective. Her current research focusses on the role of labour and environmental movements in shaping the transition to a green economy in the United States and Canada.
