Shashikala Gurpur is Jean Monnet Chair Professor (co-funded by EU), Fulbright Scholar, and AHRB Fellow. She is a distinguished academician and an orator having presented more than 325 invited lectures, workshops and seminars across the world and is a pioneer of EU Legal Studies in India. Dr Gurpur is current member of Curriculum Development Committee, Bar Council of India and Academic Council of National Judicial Academy, Bhopal, India. She was also member of the Law Commission of India. Bindu Samuel Ronald is Professor of Law and co-heads Symbiosis Centre for Advanced Legal Studies and Research (SCALSAR), Pune, India. Her Areas of expertise include Corporate Law and International Trade Law. Dr. Ronald's research experience includes being part of a UNDP project on Market Access to Agricultural products, project on Plantation Labour Act and Land legislations affecting Tea Gardens in India for the Tea Board of India and on the Takeover Code for ITC Ltd. She is also the Module Leader for the prestigious Jean Monnet Module on 'Legal Aspects of Doing Business in EU'. Atmaram F. Shelke is Associate Professor, Symbiosis Law School, India. He has served as the Deputy Director (Administration) for 3 years. He is the recipient of Two Gold Medals for standing first in LL.M. at Symbiosis International University, Pune, India. He is a specialist on IPR Violation in Cyberspace, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Research Methodology and E-justice. His research areas include IPR Violation in Cyberspace, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Research and E-justice. Aparajita Mohanty is Associate Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Symbiosis International (Deemed University) India. She is recipient of National Scholarship from Ministry of Education Government of India based on her performance in SSC Examination. She has pursued her doctoral thesis in the field of higher education policy. Her teaching areas include varied courses ranging from Political Theory to International Relations, Public Administration, Law and Governance and Comparative Constitution.
