Autorenporträt
Randy Bishop is a history and marketing teacher at Middleton (TN) High School, and he serves as an adjunct history professor at Jackson State Community. He has previously published eight books, seven of which are related to various aspects of the American Civil War. Aside from writing about the war, Bishop is an avid collector of Civil War relics and makes presentations about personalities and events from the era. He is also a member of several preservation societies and has been the recipient of awards related to his writings and activism. He and his wife Sharon, also a teacher, reside in Middleton, Tennessee; they are the parents of two sons, Jay and Ben.
