Emma M. McCollum is a six year old Kindergarten student at New Bremen Elementary, located in New Bremen, Ohio. She loves to draw and has a very vivid imagination, as illustrated in Sad Cloud, Happy Cloud. Emma also enjoys playing with her friends and her little sister, Ella.

Jay M. McCollum is Emma's father. While Emma came up with the ideas and illustrations for Sad Cloud, Happy Cloud; it was Jay's job to make sure that the ideas flowed properly. He is extremely proud of his talented little girl!
