Autorenporträt

Robert Andrew Provan has been a "water person" since age four when he joined his family for a trans-Atlantic voyage across the North Sea. Inspired by the exploits of legendary dive pioneer Jacques Cousteau, he grew up snorkeling in the pristine mountain streams and lakes of northern New England to emulate his hero's adventures. After graduating from high school, Provan enlisted in the United States Navy to follow his love of the sea.
