Combining 26 years of service in the United States Marine Corps with more than 15yrs of professional experience in the practical application, facilitation and implementation of living the "kaizen way" in industries as varied as custom manufacturing, pulp and wood fiber paper, (newsprint and filtration) oil & gas, electronics (computer hard drive), service & hospitality (casino operations), aerospace (maintenance & refurbishments and simulation), logistics (global supply chain) and office/service environments (finance, HR, IT, planning & procurement). As an innovative thinker and leader of lean principles, Geno influences at every possible opportunity from the shop floor to the board room, from executive bodies to line workers, from middle management to team leads. His passion and thoughts are inspirational, while his sense of humility, use of humor, clarity of purpose and ability to explain with simplicity, creates the best opportunities for the much-needed success. Versed with a thorough and deep understanding of multiple methodologies as well as the application of lean thinking, his focus is on attaining "Gemba Based" results regardless of the industry nor the challenges. Unique in this knowledge sharing industry, Geno has been mentored by several well-known Japanese sensei's (teachers).
