Autorenporträt

Julie Rose is an author and artist from Western Canada. In the past she has written articles for children in magazines such as Cricket and Chickadee after obtaining her certificate in writing from the Institute of Childrens Literature. Since then, she has had articles of a more spiritual nature published in Lightworkers World. She has been commissioned in the past to create art work of a spiritual nature and some of her work in this vein appears in the book, Womens Power Stories: honoring the feminine principle of life. This is Julies first venture into cartooning and this book was inspired by her cat, Mia, who passed away in 2017 at the age of 19yrs old. Julie would like to further develop her creativity in this area, perhaps with some sequels based on her other pets. As well as expanding her creativity as an Artist, Julie would also like to venture into motivational speaking.
