Dr. Maya Bachour, founder of the award-winning Loudoun Smile Center, is a practicing advocate for complete health dentistry. She has been practicing dentistry since 2005 after becoming passionate about health at a young age, spending time in her mother's dental office. She received her DDS from Loma Linda University in Southern California and completed a mini residency in dental sleep medicine at Tufts University in Boston. Dr. Bachour is a diplomate with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and has been repeatedly selected as a top dentist by the Consumers' Research Council of America and Virginia Living Magazine.
