Her love for cooking started with a cardboard kitchen and plastic food as a little girl: she was constantly at her mothers side, cooking and baking. She has collected hundreds of cookbooks over the years and says she was fortunate to turn what was a hobby into her profession. Trish lives in Connecticut with her husband, Eric, and little buddy Lacy, a Miniature Pinscher. She has two grown daughters, Claire and Margot.
