The author is pretty old, 77 years when completed this fiction.It took more than 1 year to complete this book due to ill health and other issues.She is attached to her native land India and in no less favour with US where she is the citizen.Untold Ail and Anguish Abound are her other books .As far as health allows she likes to go back and forth to these equally favourite countries.Living in these countries and Ethiopia , and short visits and stay in England and short periods spent in Canada and in the island of Key west have enabled to understand and know something about the cultures and ways of lives there.
