Autor

Dr. Joseph Wint was born in May Pen, Jamaica. A graduate of the Kingston Technical High School, he received his BA in English at The Kings College, his MA in English at New York University and his Doctorate in Education at Hofstra University. Dr. Wint has taught at Cornwall College in Montego Bay, Jamaica and at several high schools and college in New York where he has been cited as an outstanding teacher and educational leader. Dr. Wint also worked on Wall Street after receiving top scores on the Series Seven broker's license examination. Of greatest importance to Dr. Wint is his spiritual journey. After his conversion at Olivet Gospel Chapel in Kingston, he went to Montego Bay to teach at Cornwall College. There, he met Hugh Clacken, a great evangelist, who engaged Dr. Wint in the establishment of Emmanuel Gospel Chapel in Mount Salem. It was during this time that Dr. Wint met his lovely wife Joye Buchanan. As of December 2015, they have been married for 50 years. They have two lovely daughters, two wonderful sons-in-laws and five grandchildren. The Lord has blessed Joe and Joye immensely. They are pleased to reveal the secrets of a happy marriage.
