Jolene grew up entertaining people with music, dance and comedy. Her interests in life are wide and varied, loving to take in knowledge of just about anything and everything. It was her quest in seeking the answers to the mountains of whys that life throws at us, that eventually took her into the clinical lab work, where she spent much of her thirty-plus years working in the medical field. She has an enthusiasm and zest for life that is contagious. When a sudden and unexpected crossroad suddenly appeared in her life, she took her wild array of experiences and merged them with those of friends and strangers, added a taste of imagination, and began popping out short stories and novels. As with her performing arts, entertainment is not her only desire when it comes to writing. She hopes to touch the emotions, the very heart of her readers.
