A thriller based on true stories of mysterious disappearances in Himalayas

Secrets of Parvati is a thriller born from the haunting, real-life mystery of the Parvati Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India, a region often referred to as the "Indian Bermuda Triangle" or the "Death Valley" due to its eerie history of unexplained disappearances. For the last two decades, trekkers, wanderers, and backpackers from across the world have ventured into the valley, only to vanish without a trace, leaving behind only whispered tales of strange occurrences, unsubstantiated rumors, and the thick fog of uncertainty. The valley, nestled between the majestic peaks of the Himalayas, has long been a place of fascination and fear, its natural beauty belying the ominous air of danger that pervades the region.

At its heart, Secrets of Parvati seeks to unravel the truth behind the shadowy disappearances that have plagued the valley for years, weaving a story that is as much about the mystical allure of the mountains as it is about the darkness that can hide beneath the surface of even the most serene landscapes. While the novel is a work of fiction, it is heavily inspired by the true events that have left a mark on the Parvati Valley's history. The disappearances of trekkers, many of whom were never seen again, the stories of strange encounters, and the mysterious deaths that were dismissed as accidents or natural causesthese are all rooted in real events that have baffled authorities and ignited conspiracy theories.
