Autorenporträt

Marilyn, as a young child, has always performed in plays and programs for school and church. As she participated in many UIL Poetry competitions, she was also President of her High School Speech and Drama clubs. Growing up in church, her spiritual background and experiences are the foundation for all of her Inspirational poetry. Marilyn is the author of eight other published volumes of Inspirational poetry: "Poetry to Stir the Soul", "Whispers of Faith", "Light from Above", "Words of Times Past", "Reflections from Within", "Poetic Moments in Time", "My Poetic Journey Home" and "Poetic Praise on Bended Knees".
