Teenage years are a time of rapid cognitive development. Teenagers might experience this time as confusing and react in different ways. This approach is supposed to have a therapeutic impact on the teenagers. That means it should have a healing effect and cause the teenagers to feel happier, more relaxed and healthier. In the following I will first describe why I chose a group setting and explain why it is necessary to have communication skills for these sessions. Second, I will give research based evidence for each session chronologically. Then I will explain how to improve the proposal and conclude with why I think it would have been accepted.
