Produktbeschreibung
Sermons Will Ruin Your Life is a collection that captures the unique experience of the sermon writer. Through poetry and prose, it seeks to encapsulate the spiritual, mental, emotional, and sacrificial dynamics of the "process" of sermon writing. Often engaging God directly and Sermon personified, the collection illuminates how the sermonizer does not simply create or produce sermons, but is also shaped and fashioned by them in the same process. However, these writings are not exclusive to sermon writers, also known as preachers. Its pages are filled with a shared experience to be identified with by anyone who experiences their own sense of calling. No matter what you are called to do, or bring into the world, if the thing that gives you life essentially ruins your life…this book is for you.
