Crystal J. Davis is CEO of CJD Consulting Solutions, LLC, and an external researcher for the University of Phoenix Center for Workplace Diversity Research. She has been involved in leadership consulting, program development, and federal grant administration for almost 30 years, and is a member of the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership. In addition to blogging, Crystal has authored several books including Leading from Within: The Spirituality of Servant Leadership (2015).
