Set yourself free, spread out your wings, all that you need is already within yourself. Divided into three chapters, "Set yourself free and fly away" is a poetry book about mindfulness, emotions and about noticing the calm and restless ups and downs of life. The intention is to encourage you and give you a little more to think about and a little less to worry about. If those poems make you feel understood while you're feeling down, or cheer you up while you're looking for motivation, I hope you can make good use of it. Oh, and since this is my only chance to ever write something like this: This is my debut book. :)
