Joseph Michael Shucraft was born in Newcastle, Wyoming, and is the author of three previous titles: Birthed, Rebirthed, and Born: Turned Around Again, The Bridegroom, and Awakening in the Spirit. In addition to writing this book, She Calls in the Dead of Night: Dawn in the Dark, he is working on his next title, Fallen Son: The Seven Thunders. In addition to writing, he enjoys learning acoustic and electric guitar.
