Autorenporträt

Jan Hill, a retired missionary to Southeast Asia traveled to the Holy Land and did extensive research to "fill in the blanks," in a most universal story. In this novel she states, "It might have happened something like this...the night shepherds heard the angels sing.

Jan, with her husband, Leslie, served as missionaries with the International Mission Board for 38 years in Southeast Asia. Jan served as a reporter for the Philippine Mission for many of those years. She has written numerous articles and authored three books. She compiled a history of the Philippine Mission. Their three children, David, Lynette and Jana are also writers. This is Jan's first novel.
