K. ELLYNA KHAIR was born in Batu Pahat, Johor. She grew up in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. The eldest among three sisters completed her Bsc. (Hons.) in Mass Communication majoring in Broadcasting from a local university. With passion for writing, she has written many scripts for local TV productions which include telemovies, episodes & documentaries. Not contented having her work only for the national viewers, she moved on to writing a book. Thus SHILAGON was started. The idea of SHILAGON was so exquisite that she decided it should be shared with all story lovers accross the globe. "In every culture I extend my knowledge into, I find stories of mythical dragons in their natural scenes. A story when retold would excite even the youngest child. These are the reasons I created SHILAGON."
