Autorenporträt
The author was born in April 26, 1913, of homesteader parents in a log cabin on the prairie of Montana. As a young woman, after the family returned to Iowa, she began to show symptoms of depression, which intensified after marriage at 25 and starting a family. This is her story of dealing with the depression, family responsibilities and the medical profession.
