Charlie Victor was born in South Africa and now calls Panama home. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a postgraduate degree in Investment Management. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has spent his entire career working with small businesses, from finance and development to management.

After a stint as a pilot in the military, Charlie immersed himself in the world of small business, helping hundreds of entrepreneurs turn their visions into reality. His efforts have guided many businesses to grow into large, successful enterprises. Before his early retirement, he co-founded and served as COO of an international SME finance company where he was instrumental in establishing and training in-country teams.

Well-traveled and with an international business perspective, Charlie draws on his diverse experiences to provide practical, actionable advice for prospective entrepreneurs and new small business owners.
