It took Betty Johnson a bit of time to figure out exactly how she was going to deal with the cravings that she had for sugar. She was becoming a bit concerned on how this extra sugar was affecting her health and made the decision that she had to solve the problem as quickly as possible. She was on the verge of giving up on her research when she found information on the sugar detox. With her hope dwindling, she decided to give it a try and much to her surprise, it worked quite effectively. She had so much energy now that she barely knew what to do with it. She knows that kicking the sugar habit can be challenging but it takes a lot of perseverance to get through it.
