Dr. Jiande Sun received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, Ji'nan, China in 2005. His major is communication and information system, mainly focused in multimedia information processing, analysis, understanding and their applications. From September 2008 to August 2009, he was a Visiting Researcher with the Institute of Telecommunications System, Technical University of Berlin, Berlin, Germany. From October 2010 to December 2012, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Institute of Digital Media, Peking University, Beijing, China, and with the State Key Laboratory of Digital-Media Technology, Hisense Group. From July 2014 to August 2015, he was a DAAD Visiting Researcher with the Technical University of Berlin and the University of Konstanz, Germany. From October 2015 to November 2016, he was a Visiting Researcher with the Language Technology Institute, School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He is currently a Professor with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong Normal University, Jinan. He has authored or coauthored more than 60 journal and conference papers. He has coauthored three books. He serves as the Member of IEEE Technical Committee on Multimedia System and Applications (TC-MSA), the Member of IEEE Technical Committee on Intelligent Systems to Human-aware Sustainability (TC-ISHS), and reviewers for IEEE T-PAMI, T-IP, T-MM, T-CSVT, etc. Dr. Wang Yue received his Ph.D. degree from the Complex Systems Laboratory of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. His major is control technology and control engineering, mainly focused in robot dynamics, multi-robot coordinated control and other fields. Since 2003, he has been mainly engaged in the research and development of the general agile platform for spacecraft, as well as the design, development and test of the overall and control system of new optical remote sensing satellites in China Academy of Space Technology. Over the years, he has devoted himself to the design of spacecraft systems, design of space-ground integration, autonomous mission management, autonomous health management, reliability design, real-time processing applications in space and other research directions. In addition, he has presided over or participated in the design and development of overall or control systems for more than 10 spacecrafts. He has won many national science and technology progress awards, and more than 10 patents. Ms. Mengyao Huo received her bachelor degree of Communication Engineering, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China in 2018. And she is currently pursuing her doctoral degree with the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Technology, Beijing, China. Her research interests include video coding standard, signal processing. Dr. Lexi Xu received his Ph.D. degree from School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, London, UK in 2013. Dr. Xu is currently a senior engineer at China Unicom Network Technology Research Institute of, Beijing, China. He is also a senior researcher of National Engineering Laboratory for Next Generation Internet Broadband Service Application. Dr. Xu is a member of IEEE, and a China Unicom delegate in CCSA, ITU, ETSI. He has been involved in more than 30 big data research projects and network optimization projects. Dr. Xu has published more than 60 technical papers and he serves on the Technical Program Committees (TPC) of 8 international conferences. His research interests include big data, self-organizing networks, radio resource management in LTE-A/5G.
