The dream began with scattered scraps, disjointed and contradictory scenes, requiring great effort to arrange and organize them. Before, over the years, it became a dream complete with images and scenes. It is repeated and remains ingrained in the memory in all its details, with minor differences. When the dream is mixed with reality... the borders of astonishment disappear, and life becomes a postponed death... and the dream a confusing life. And so is "Silk Nights"... a complex novel to the point of simplicity, going beyond the mysteries of traditional storytelling, to the vastness of soaring imagination, across two linguistic levels, between which the ingenuity of storytelling and the subtlety of language fly. Publisher "Silk Nights" is a novel in which the dream takes up no less space than reality, and thus the writer's style changes softly. Ibrahim Abdel Majeed The story in this text is well composed and tightly built on two important elements: the element of the present, which brings the patient/narrator back to everything that surrounds her, and the element of the nightmare or dream in which important parts of the novel arise. Wasini Al-Araj: Contrary to what happens to many novelist poets, the language of poetry in this book did not assassinate the narrative as much as it filled it with a dense, transparent, and tense presence at the same time. There is also a very delicate narrative culture revealed by the skill of narration, its modernity, its strangeness, and its delicious deception. Naguib Khadary
