Rajender Kumar Arora, a Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant by qualification, has seen different types of situations and ups and downs in his life. But with the power of spiritual knowledge, which he has been learning for more than twenty years, he has been able to overcome depressive feelings and face stressful situations peacefully with strength and stability. So he has penned down the spiritual knowledge, which he has learnt, practised and experienced, in this book.

With more than thirty years of professional experience, Rajender is currently practising chartered accountancy in a town near Chandigarh, India.
