Some people would say the City is perfect. On the surface, it would appear so. The buildings and grounds are immaculate and everyone gets along. There is plenty of food, clothing and shelter. Everyones needs and wants are met. As long as they do what is expected, they can have anything your heart desires. Anything except the only thing Bridget really cares about. Nobody seems to understand that, not even her. That is, until the day she is left out during the sirens. Then everything becomes crystal clear..
