I have worked with upwards of 150 people who have followed my nutrition program and they have lost 10, 20, 50 and even 100 pounds, and kept the weight off! It all starts with a decision to get healthy. As a coach, I am there to support and en-courage clients, to work on lesson plans for improving behaviors, and to be the sounding board when times get tough. My true joy comes when clients succeed and are able to do the ac-tivities they love without restriction from joint pain, lack of energy or taking medications.
