Rui Yin, MD, PhD is a professor of dermatology at Southwest Hospital, Amy Medical University, and a visiting associate professor at the Wellman Centre for Photomedicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Her research interests lie in the areas of photodynamic therapy and skin laser therapies for photoaging and skin aging. She has published 40 peer-reviewed articles in English and over 40 peer-reviewed articles in Chinese. Dr. Yin has over 50 conference proceedings and the author or editor over 10 books. In 2012 she was honoured as one of the Top Ten National Outstanding Young Dermatologists by the China Dermatological Association.
Yang Xu, MD. PhD is an associate professor in the Department of Dermatology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. From 2013 - 2015, she served as a visiting scholar in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Michigan. Her research focuses in the areas of photo-related damage in human skin. Dr. Xu is the author of over 30 scholarly articles, reviews, abstracts, and textbook chapters and author or editor of five books. She was honoured as one of the Top Ten National Outstanding Young Dermatologists of the China Dermatological Association in 2017.
Chengfeng Zhang, MD, PhD is a professor of dermatology at Huashan Hospital, Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University, China, and a visiting scholar of research, division of biology and pathobiology of the skin, department of dermatology, Medical University of Vienna, Austria. His area of research interest lies in the fields of pigmentation disorders, including melasma and vitiligo, acne, and skin-barriers related skin disorders. He has published over 50 international peer-reviewed articles, including top journals in dermatology including Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology, Journal of Investigative Dermatology and British Journal of Dermatology. He is also serving as the associate editor and social media editor of the Journal of Investigative Dermatology.
