Tomá Weiss is Associate Professor and Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies at the Institute of International Studies, Charles University, Prague. Geoffrey Edwards is Emeritus Reader in European Studies in the Department of Politics and International Studies in the University of Cambridge, an Emeritus Fellow of Pembroke College, Cambridge and a Jean Monnet chair.
