Dr. Ali M. Al-Khouri is a profound practitioner and researcher and is recognized both nationally and internationally as think-tank for his organizational management expertise and technical knowledge in the field of smart government and its applications. During his twenty-five-years career as a senior government official, he participated in the successful implementation of several mission-critical and strategic projects in the government sector. He was involved in addressing major global challenges with Global Agenda Councils and with European Union in the last few years. He has collaboratively developed different intellectual methodologies and frameworks to handle the challenges faced by government organizations, and he has more than twelve patented inventions and intellectual properties. He has published over one hundred management books and scientific research articles in international peer-reviewed journals.
