Frank Jacobelli has worked as Clinical Coordinator for Enki Health and Research Systems in California, USA, for the past 15 years and, while there, has implemented a successful school-based mental health program in a rural school district with a high percentage of children at risk. He also provides instruction in Crisis Intervention at Western Nevada College, USA. Lynn Ann Watson holds a lifetime teaching and special education credential with certificates in special day class, learning disabilities, and resource services. She was an active member of the Board of Directors for the International Inter-Agency Alliance for Children, which was instrumental in the passage and implementation of Public Law 99-457, which focused on more and better services for young special needs children and their families.
