We are doing ourselves a tremendous disservice by throwing ourselves on the scrap heap of life just because we're getting older. Growing up, I didn't have a role model. I never had anyone take me by the hand and say, "This is how you age gracefully." So, I had to figure it out on my own, which turned out because I always knew I wanted to help others have a better path and thrive, not just survive.
