Professor Jim Kemeny is Professor of Housing and Urban Sociology at the Institute for Housing and Urban Research in the University of Uppsala, Sweden. Tony Manzi is Senior Lecturer in the School of the Built Environment and Architecture at the University of Westminster, UK.
