Autorenporträt
Dr. Noor Raihani Binti Zainol is a senior lecturer at Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Business, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, where she has been a faculty member since 2012. She received her Master of Science in Management (2011) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia (2008). She completed her Ph.D. at UNISZA, Terengganu, Malaysia, in social entrepreneurship. Her area of expertise includes entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, social innovation, management, and business administration. In UMK, she taught entrepreneurship subject to undergraduate students. She received many grants, particularly three Research Acculturation Grant Scheme (RAGS) from the Ministry of Education, one Yayasan Sejahtera, two Malaysian Youth Development Research Institute Research Grant, a PERMATA Grant from National Child Development Research Centre, and a Case Study from ABEM and Ministry of Education. She is also active in community services as a facilitator for Social Enterprise for Economic Development (SEED) program and Global Enterprise Experience (GEE)-ANZ Team Award. In 2013, she was involved in Women in Social Enterprise (WISE) program in Kelantan and joined as a consultant for Entrepreneurship Student Program (Community Economy Development Program (PROSPEK), in 2014. She is an active author and published many academic papers on entrepreneurship and management and participated in various international conferences.

Dr. Muhammad Khalilur Rahman currently works at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. He has a good number of publications (100 in total with Google Scholar h-index 23, and Scopus Index 12) in reputed journals (ABDC, ABS, Scopus, and WoS index) along with experiences in teaching and research for long eleven (11) years. He has a wide interest in service management research including supply chain management, digital technology innovation, tourism management, environmental management, marketing, service quality, brand equity, entrepreneurship, and green consumption behaviors. He is a managing editor of the Journal Entrepreneurship and Business and a guest associate editor of Frontiers in Psychology. He is a reviewer of Kybernetes, Sage Open, International Journal of Emerging Markets, International Journal of Ethics and Systems, Tourism Review, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Islamic Marketing, Plos One, Frontiers in Psychology, and BMC Public Health.
