Dr. Peter Kirsch is Head of the Department of Clinical Psychology at the Central Institute of Mental Health Mannheim and Professor of Clinical Psychology at the Mannheim Medical Faculty of Heidelberg University. Dr. Hanno Kube is Director of the Institute for Financial and Tax Law at the University of Heidelberg and holds the Chair of Public Law with Special Reference to Financial and Tax Law. Dr. Reimut Zohlnhöfer is Professor of Political Science with a focus on Comparative Policy Analysis at the Institute of Political Science at Heidelberg University.
