Dr. Manish Pandey is Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India. He completed his graduation in civil engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, India. He completed his post-graduation and doctorate from the IIT Roorkee. Dr. Pandey has more than 6 years of teaching and research experience in experimental hydraulics and water resources engineering. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed journal papers and 25 book chapters and conference proceedings papers.  He was awarded the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) postdoctoral research grant in 2018. He has guided 1 Ph.D. student and 10 M.Tech. students and is currently guiding 4 PhD students. Dr. Pandey is a member of the editorial board of the journals 'Environmental Development and Sustainability', 'Journal of Water Management Modeling', 'Water SA' and 'Journal of Applied Science and Engineering'. He has also handled guest editorship for 'Special issue (SI) of 'Fluids', 'SI of Journal of Applied Water Engineering and Research', 'Frontiers in Environmental Science Journal', 'SI of The Urban Fluvial and Hydro-Environment System'. Dr Pandey is also an active reviewer in several reputed peer-reviewed journals.   Prof. K.V. Jayakumar is an accomplished academic and administrator in the field of Civil Engineering, specializing in water resources and environment engineering. He served as Emeritus Professor at NIT, Warangal till April 2023. He coordinated the Global Initiative for Academic Network (GIAN) and the Scheme for Promotion Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC). He also facilitated the Heritage Scheme, allowing students and faculty to spend time in leading European Universities. Prof. Jayakumar has published more than 120 papers in renowned national and international journals and conference proceedings. He is recognized as an expert in the field of hydrology and water resource management and has been invited to deliver keynote addresses at prestigious conferences, including the 18th International Hydrological Decade Endowment Lecture in February 2018. His other educational and administrative associations include serving on the Technical Advisory Committee of the National Institute of Hydrology (NIH) and being an honorary member of Wetlands International South Asia (WISA) and leading the Technical Evaluation Committee for the India-Spain Collaborative Industrial Research and Development Programme. Prof. Jayakumar has also been a part of the 8-member working group on Urban Water Management constituted by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). He is also a member or fellow of numerous national and international professional bodies. Dr. Manali Pal completed her B.Tech. in agricultural engineering from the Uttar Banga Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Cooch Behar, India. She completed her M.Tech. in earth system science and technology and Ph.D. in water resources engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. Dr Pal is Assistant Professor at NIT, Warangal. She has formerly worked as a visiting scientist at the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC), Japan and as a visiting scholar at Clemson University, United States of America (USA), respectively. She has more than 5 years of research and teaching experience in stochastic modelling, hydro- climatology and remote sensing. She has authored 7 peer-reviewed journal papers, 5 book chapters, and 10 conference proceeding papers. She is currently guiding 4 Ph.D. students, four M.Tech. students. Also, 12 M.Tech. students have completed their dissertations under her supervision. Dr Pal is an active reviewer of several reputed peer-reviewed journals.     Prof. Vijay P. Singh is University Distinguished Professor, Regents Professor, and Caroline and William N. Lehrer Distinguished Chair in Water Engineering at Texas A&M University. He has completed his B.S., M.S., Ph.D., and D.Sc. in engineering. He is a registered professional engineer, a registered professional hydrologist, and an honorary diplomate of ASCE The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) - American Academy of Water Resources Engineers (AAWRE). He is Distinguished Member of ASCE, Distinguished Fellow of AGGS, Honorary Member of AWRA, and Fellow of Environmental & Water Resources Institute (EWRI) - ASCE, the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH), the Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers (ISAE), Indian Water Resources Society (IWRS), and the Indian Association of Soil and Water Conservationists (IASWC). He has published more than 1,320 journal articles, 31 textbooks, 75 edited reference books, 110 book chapters, and 315 conference papers in the areas of hydrology, irrigation engineering, hydraulics, groundwater, water quality, and water resources. He has received more than 95 national and international awards, including three honorary doctorates. He is a member of 11 international science and engineering academies. He has served as President of the American Institute of Hydrology (AIH), Chair of the Watershed Council of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is currently President of the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of three journals and two book series and serves on editorial boards of more than 25 journals and three book series. His Google Scholar citations include 64073, h-index: 115, and i10-index: 903.
