Hi, I'm Dean Sale...great name for sales I know ;-) I'm an Author, Sales Coach, Mentor and Sales Consultant. I have over 25 years experience in sales and business, I'm an all round Sales Whizz®. Writing books has always been on my to-do list and in 2019 my writing journey began. I'm going to share the knowledge and experience that I've acquired over the past 25 years. Self-improvement is so important to us all, 'never stop learning, because life never stops teaching'. I'm a kid from a council estate that has always dreamt big. When I was 15, I had an epiphany and my 'want' for success began, it was the first time I said "I can, and I will". I flew on Concorde when I was 19 as a reward for sales excellence, I ran down the aisle at supersonic speed so I could feel like a superhero. When I was 19, I set myself a goal of becoming a millionaire by the age of 45, in my early twenties I reduced this timeframe to 43. I sold my telecoms business and walked out of my office on my 43rd birthday! a millionaire. The goal I set when I was a teenager had been accomplished. 'We created it, we built it and then we sold it' (...that was always our plan): When I was 25, I co-founded a telecoms business (with my business partner and friend) from a small office in Birmingham. We started with just £25k in the bank, no website, no customers and only a few employees. Over 18 years, we grew to a medium sized business that employed over 40 people with a multimillion-pound turnover. Over 2 decades we won numerous industry awards and in 2009 was featured in THE SUNDAY TIMES - Fast Track 100, we were ranked as the 90th fastest growing company in the UK. I collected an award at Sir Richard Branson's home. I've employed, coached and mentored hundreds of wonderful people over the past 2 decades. For me there is nothing more satisfying than watching my team flourish and succeed on the back of the advice and support I've given them, and now by writing books, I'm here to do the same for you. We might never meet or speak but I know for sure if you embrace the words I share, apply the methods I'll ask you to adopt and trust in me and more importantly yourself, you'll move forwards and fulfil your true potential. Throughout my books, I'll be asking you to tell yourself "I can, and I will", don't just say it....feel it, own it and mean it! It's this belief, attitude and mindset that will give you the strength, support and self-confidence to fulfil your goals. I'm married to a beautiful lady and we have 2 wonderful children, oh and I must mention our sausage dog, 'Wilson'.
