Dr. Krishna P. Singh obtained his Ph.D. in 1990 and currently holds the position of Professor in the Department of Plant Pathology at G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, India, with over 30 years of academic experience. Dr. Singh's expertise lies in the research and development of diseases in temperate, tropical, and subtropical crops. He is internationally recognized for his expertise on the management of horticultural crop diseases across a wide geographical area through the integration of forecasting, warning services, fungicidal and biological conditions, as well as implementable technologies with a common minimum program for vegetable crops, recommended for commercial application. Dr. Singh is actively engaged in transferring technologies to benefit the hill and plain farming communities. He has authored more than 100 research papers in various national and international journals, along with 4 edited books and 1 book, 5 laboratory manuals, technical bulletins, book chapters, numerous popular articles, and has presented research papers in various national and international symposia, workshops, and conferences. He has also served as a member of the editorial board of several national and international journals. Currently, he is the Program Coordinator AICRP on Soybean and is responsible for coordinating research and development activities at GBPUAT, Pantnagar.   Dr. N. K. Singh is a Professor of Genetics and Plant Breeding, G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. He is actively involved in teaching, research and guiding students. His area of research has been heterosis breeding, molecular breeding and pre-breeding. Dr. N. K. Singh has developed 10 maize cultivars namely Him-129, Pant Sankar Makka 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, Pant Popcorn 1, PSM-3, PCM-4 and first inter-subspecies maize hybrid Pant Forage Maize Hybrid-1. He took lead in utilization of wild relative teosinte in development and diversification of maize germplasm. Dr. Singh has received DRDO Technology Group Award, Dr. R.B. Ekbote Outstanding Scientist Award, Faculty Excellence Award, Dr. Joginder Singh Memorial Award, Dr. Bir Bahadur Singh Outstanding Scientist Award and Dr. P. S. Khankoje Gold Medal. He is a fellow of ISGPB, ISHA and MTAI. He has completed research projects financed by DRDO, DBT, ICAR, BRNS, NAIP, NATP, DST, UCB and guided 11 Ph.D. and 14 M.Sc. students. He has published over 125 research articles, one edited book, one technical bulletin and 13 book chapters. He is editor of PJR and has been reviewer for Crop science, Proteomic Research, PCTOC, Molecular Breeding, Food Biotechnology, IJGPB, IJAS.  Dr. Aravind. T is currently working as SMS (Crop Protection), KVK, North 24 Paragnas (Addl), ICAR-CRIJAF, Barrackpore, Kolkata. Previously, he was Asst. Professor in Department of Plant Pathology, M.S. Swaminathan School of Agriculture, Centurion University of Technology and Management, India. He completed his graduation from Kerala Agriculture University, Kerala, Post-graduation from Anand Agriculture University, Gujarat and Ph. D from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Uttarakhand India. Dr. Aravind has received an ICAR-Senior Research Fellowship and multiple awards for his outstanding contributions. His academic work includes over 15 research papers in national and international journals, and more than 10 book chapters published by reputable publishers. Additionally, he has presented numerous posters at both national and international conferences.
