I have always dreamed of writing a children's book. Reading a lot as a child inspired me to continue reading well into my adult life. Also, reading to other children and seeing the looks of anticipation on their faces as the excitement brews brings joy to my heart. Born and raised in the Bahamas, I moved to Canada to pursue my education in journalism. I later received a bachelor's degree in sociology and math from McMaster University. I enjoy music and writing short stories and lyrics. My passion for writing children's books has inspired and motivated me to educate others into reading more.
